To keep the spam out, you can't post links as a new user (or, in many cases, edit text near existing links). I see that you're not the only one triggering the filter. Any suggestions, dlh, if not to have them wait it out? (dlh put the filter in place)

Blocking the addition of links is fine by me, but yeah, the filter also prevents editing of lines with links already in them. Apparently, the filter is given the list of links before and after the edit already, can't we make it work with that?

Added_lines is used instead of added_links, because AbuseFilter doesn't expand templates before applying filters.

I modified the filter to not match edits like that. There shouldn't be as many false positives now.
