Ladle 34 stats are available on http://gridstats.com.

I haven't received all the ladderlog files. Still missing:

# Round 1

* Team Unknown vs. Anesthetized (TX)

Edit1: I've received TSP NC's ladderlog.
Edit2: I've received G5's ladderlog.

I am busy moving, fixing new house, fixing old house, getting stuff ready for WST. Will try to get it done tonight.

wrt baseball and basketball
a significant difference between fortress and most team games is
there is no central ball which focusses our attention
but rather two focus points which are the zones
and while there may be a lot of action going on between players off the ball
we have a lot of stuff happening between players which results in points generated from coredumps

this sets up a completely different dynamic...
which happens to bemuch more aligned to participation than the audience-driven professsional sports that have evolved
that is
the world cup works because a billion of us end up watching the final
whereas with tron
(or whatever else becomes the minimal virtual team game that scales to global level)
it is predicated on participation right from the start;
it would be like being part of the upcoming world cup as a player and potential trophy-lifter
(though with my history of comps
i doubt that very much ; )

15mins a match is a good way of implementing it
or a larger level envelope of eg 40mins for a game
being best of three matches
but this would involve another level of code/protocol
otherwise the arguments about when it actually starts stops would be tiresome...

@concord
i didn't realise it had been tested already...
hold the line
