FAQ - How to make a map.

Designed a level that creates new, exciting, and challenging Armagetron game play? Or maybe just something funky. Put it right here.

http://wrtlprnft.ath.cx/foobar.svg

Doesn't contain zones, but they're very similar to spawn points, and those are included. The output should be something like http://beta.armagetronad.net/resource-b ... .aamap.xml

Any suggestions for maptools.aa.net's favicon? forums are red, main site is blue, beta is cyan, buildbot is magenta, wiki is yellow, my arma related stuff is rainbow… I think something's green, but I forgot what…

I really wanted to convert a fantastic new Chico ball game map from svg today, but there was nowhere to do it :(.
I put the map previewer and svg2aamap tools onto one handy page here.
If anyone spots errors, please let me know.

Putting up svg2aamap is still on the todo list. Slightly distracted by moving and whatnot.

You'd better go for the svg way, with osx

SVG is a file format for vector graphics.
What epsy cryptically means is that you should use something like Inkscape to create the map in that format, then use svg2aamap to translate it to the map format used by Armagetron.

Save it as an SVG. Then, use the SVG converter on this page...
