I plan on doing the same thing I did last time. Change Ip and wait for it to blow over.

Narrowing it down to hardware problems and internet connection.

Its one of the two, I think the over clocking is wearing it out.

Change Ip Address Incase damage is caused by DDoS

Since it isn't

It could be my upload speed is lower than usual, or I need to lower the timing on my ram. I doubt it's the ram, So its more likely the connection, other servers i connect to (and closer ones) my ping doesnt spike, rather than here it jumps all over the place.
