as I'm browsing in all directions for stats, I've noticed that Google [Bot] (amongst others) is almost always present.
Is it because of the size of the forum or is it a behavior commanded by any code (like in a .htaccess file for example), or is this just an effect of something completely different that goes beyond my understanding of things ?

Re: Google [Bot], Yahoo [Bot]
It probably "noticed" this was a forum board so it reads posts more often.
Also, the "feature" of showing indexing bots should DIE, it only clutters up the logged in users list.
I might add to this that this forum isn't 4chan so you don't need to attach a random image to every thread you start.
