Double posts

Who else is experiencing problems with posting new posts? That it wont tell u that u posted and thus u make a double post????

It's a long standing issue for this place... It relies on the mail server running from my house to send out emails. When the internet at my house goes off, it can't send them causing you to get that error. FYI my internet was out for 9 hours today due to a "blocked line".
