What's the command for allowing only logged in players to start kick polls?

Im honestly sure you could have figured that out faster by typing /admin kick or any keyword relevant to the command into the console. A list of commands connected to kicking would be listed.

sets ACCESS_LEVEL for kick to be user level 15 which is authenticated

Yes I did that, but I used "vot, vote, voting...". You see?

I'm honestly sure you could have figured out that /admin kick wouldn't be listing any commands, you could try /admin kic or some keyword instead of an actual command.
