TRON MESSED UP

Can someone help my friend figure out what this problem is? he can't even delete and download a different version without it coming up.. Any help would be wonderful... I took a screenshot of my friends computer and you can see the letters/everything is all messed up text and background?

That has to do with a display graphics folder thingy.
If you delete all your tron folders, uninstall and then reinstall your tron, things will work.

Yeah, the configuration files are messed up and you need to delete them. The most important one is user.cfg, located here.
