Well, I guess now is as good a time as any to release this next moviepack. I made it for Destiny several months ago, and of course, it's "Wild West" themed. The final version would have had a custom bike model and sounds, but we decided it was enough without that stuff.

Looks great. I like the saloons, at least, thats what I think they are. Also like the tail graphic lol.

hmm, i dont think that wiki is my friend yet, i cant find armagetron at program files, so i tried to copy the whole settings from sine's descent.zip in the textures folder, and this came out:

you can see it maybe, the walls are like neon now. What am i doing wrong :/

right-click on armagetron.ink on your desktop, open its folder. create a moviepack folder there. copy the files you downloaded. when you play armagetron, go to the system settings->misc->moviepack and turn it on.

and don't hijack other topics please. start a new one or read the wiki. use the search function of this forum first.

but i dont know how i can change cycle_ase, cycle_body and cycle_wheel without a error. I need help, preferably in german.

Because of some bug that only affects my crappy computer, I'm not going to make anymore moviepacks. However, I will re-skin Arma default textures occasionally. I did this one last night. It's like Arma-black, or Arma-goth or something.

I used a solid color for sky.png (not included) with the values (26,0,0), and added red to the floor in the amount of:

Code: Select all

FLOOR_RED .52
FLOOR_GREEN .2
FLOOR_BLUE .2

It's a cool theme that would be just as great exchanging red for blue or green or yellow... you get it.


EDIT on 24 Feb 2013: Pulled the miscellaneous textures posted here into a moviepack.

I got the bike skin (the one that looks like a bolt for a wheel) and noticed it went very nicely with the "Armagetron Goth" or w/e it's called, made a custom dir_wall and added it. It is very cool. Screenshot and dir_wall attached.
