I like that box.
Don't hate the player, hate the entire clan.

are we just making up terms for things so we can post them here and look like we know something
not everything has to be branded with a stupid abbreviation

I don't know how this thread should really work, but would any of these fit:
TST
WST
Shrink
Gank
Leech
Sweep(er(s)) - (simple, I know, but a lot of people don't know what a sweeper does and why... apparently ;))
Double Def
Speed Hole

Maybe?

sweepbox and castle def.

imo there is a slight distinction,
castle def being a 2-man defense, hiding inside each others tails
sweepbox being a box held up by the sweepers with an inside def.

Pfft, Castle Defense:

That's actually what I had in mind way back when. Having two players, one circling within the other, in opposite directions.

Sweepbox sounds like a jugband instrument. Brush a hand-held broom against a box open on one end to amplify the sound. Replaces the sound of brushes on a snare.

Step defense is the way to go! It allows for a lot of offense while defending with easy recovery, and is also very flexible with the shaping as the round goes on. Downside is that it is very difficult to cover holes.

The best defense is a good offense.

My defense is a speed step. Long steps with a lot of speed.

If the defender is faster than the attacker, def wins!

With speed, the def can pull out in front of someone or just hold the zone.

If you watched my defense last ladle, you would know ;)

Careful wall and speed management ruins sweepers.
