Make sure you are logged in.

Just "/login" only works if you have your Global ID (gabriele@forums) entered in your player setup. If not, you need "/login gabriele@forums".

If it's not that, please post the full error messages you get.

Do you mean for your server ? if so then what you have to do is open up notepad and type this >
GLOBAL_ID 1
USER_LEVEL "username"@forums "access level" e.g 0 for owner
TALK_TO_MASTER 1
then save the file as "server_info" and put it in your config folder. now you should have no problem signing in on your server.
