Center Message on Armagetron Servers

I realize this may sound stupid, but I really can't find anything on how to make those messages that appear between ever round, or how ever ofter it is. Can someone say how they make that appear on their server? Or just if they know how to do that, please post.

just enter these into teh console followed by your message

MESSAGE_OF_DAY_4
MESSAGE_OF_DAY_3
MESSAGE_OF_DAY_2
MESSAGE_OF_DAY_1

ASCII Art sucks butt, but that's just my opinion.
You know what's worse than ascii art text? Bad ascii art text.

Tank: You mean the messages between rounds like the Bastard Operator From Hell messages, right? I don't know of how to do them but thought I might help you clarify.

Maybe possible, it would just slow down the server uploading the image... As to my original question of how to do it, aparently there is an everytime.cfg where you can put these things, so I have answered the question. Also, I've edited the src, etc, and made the TPR version, which does it too, but neater
