Mobile Friendly Server List

I've gone ahead and switched a few things over to being mobile friendly, and the server list has fallen under that. I know there was previously an Android app created to do this, but I always prefer not having to download an app for something that works well in a site. On a side note, the chat has also been made mobile-friendly.

Sorry about that. You may have caught it while I had it down for a little. Been working at making it a bit lighter weight (the site, resource, logins, etc.). If you try it again, it should work for you. If you still have problems, let me know.

Added a search filter to this page that will allow you to search for users, global IDs, and of course server names.
