I understand your concern, but we have to distinguish mistakes and bad intentions. We do issue bans for early quits and no shows if reported(either with @admins or using the feedback form on the website), but I disagree on these being worse than toxic behavior(which is far more than just some banter/sarcasm here and there during a game). Obviously keeping it up when appealing doesn't help your case, hence the long ban for what is mostly first-offense.

You take moderating powers into your own hands for pickup rather than make a democratic instrument. If you'd prefer hierarchal authority to democratic methods, that's one thing, but to responsibly exercise this hierarchical power, you need to provide valid reasons and transparent explanations for your actions. You cannot simply ban whoever you like because you feel like it.

Earlier in this thread, I stated that epsy could easily implement a democratic moderating system but instead chooses to put the power in the hands of a few authority figures including himself. Like epsy and Mr. sinewav, you apparently have no regard for the reality of the situation and instead choose to judge me on your own arbitrary opinions and personal grudges.
