Okay, you're right. I was thinking of the light cycle scene when yellow, orange and red are the good guys and the bad guys are in blue cycles.

Actually, the scenes with CLU were shot where the good guys were yellow/orange and the bad guys were green. Then it turned out to cost too much money for some reason, so they switched to blue/red for the rest of the movie.

Or there was some other problem, the point is they switched colors and it was cost-prohibitive to reshoot the previous scenes.
