Ds MegaFort /teach abuse

I was playing a round in ds megafort earlier. It was me defending against one attacker. Suddenly a player on the opposing team starting using /teach repeatedly to spam me. /teach was printing up screens of text while i tried to keep up with the pgdn key. I was about to silence him after the round to see if that would stop the spam but he left before i got the chance. Just wondering if that would have worked.

If you had silenced him, it would also silence the /teach messages (from my understanding of the code, I didn't test it). Was the player .pRu|VonÐutch by any chance? He was very close to being silenced in DS Megafortress today for abusing /teach.

I thought only moderators have the ability to use that command in DS Mega

edit: just tested it; it also works for remote users.
