to get this game on the map
generate a bit of money for z-man and the developers
and a major re-distribution of micro-payments amoungst the players
and thus defining/exemplifying a new economic model
one based on open-source principles
i found this game nearly four years ago
saw it's potential then
and after three years of self-organising tournaments
PROOF ladies and gentlemen that it can be done
PROOF that we can trust one another
PROOF that this community have the skills that are sadly lacking out in the real world
so
i make a call to those who are interested
because the time is now
what with the tron legacy film coming out next year
i don't want this game to be commercialised like everything else has been
i want players to be in charge
their honour and love in playing the game is not being exploited by some big-buck fat-cats
so
this is a call to all players who want to go PRO
you get to determine what that means
who will ensure that the power rightly stays in our hands
"it's only a game " / "not any more"
