R.I.P. stax

Post by DrunkDuck »

On september 4th, the world lost a beautiful soul and we all lost a great friend and player :(

Like a year ago, I remember talking to him about music and life, he was such a good guy and this sad news breaks my heart :(

Dillon, you will be missed.

I got these news from his fb and people talk about some disease of addiction, i don't know any more information.

I'm always shocked to learn that a fellow tronner has passed away.
I don't believe i've ever interacted with "stax" in-game, or maybe he played under aliases.

May he rest in peace.

Terrible. I think I've known him for quite some time, we were never very close though. Sorry for your loss.

I really liked stax. He was a personable, approachable person and a great, consistent player. He never got caught in the drama of the game and always seemed to "remember the human." I don't recall him being excessively unpleasant to anyone and, while I didn't know him personally, I imagine this means he was a decent guy. I certainly enjoyed playing with him over the years. He will be missed.

:(

A quick search on the wiki shows him signed up for AFL back in 2007. He was on a lot of great teams with top players.

Young guy. A life too short.

Damn. I always liked talking and playing on the grid with Dillon. I've known him on here for many years. He will be missed. :(

Very sad very nice guy. Was he older or younger? Could never quite tell. He was a fixture on Mudpuddle.

He was 24. Just 7 days away from his 25th birthday. :(

Well, I can argue with that... But you probably mean here on Earth.
