I bought the bread, but you can combinate sour cream , garlic , cheese or with ketchup and cheese, or with ham, lot's of combinations :mrgreen:

It's easy to make it at home, i am just too lazy ;)

right now, remnants of rhubarb cake and allergy medicine.

yesterday: octopus cooked for 14 hours sous vide, deviled eggs with tuna/caper sauce, sweet pea puree and seared scallops, meatballs with tomato sauce, various salads, Neapolitan style pizzas, etc...

You mad bro? Octopus is like squid only not chewy, you've had some bad octopus evidently.

I'm very familiar with seafood, thanks. Octopus sucks. So does squid and eel.

the key words there were sous vide. cooked in a vacuum sealed bag at a precisely controlled waterbath. for the octopus the temp was 68.5*C, the point at which the proteins in octopus start cooking but do not toughen. twas very tasty and tender.
