Oh, you want to be a Mr. Smarty-Pants and point out the UTF-8 encoding? I'm sure everyone will be thrilled at your observation and see me as some sort of cyber-charlatan trying to pass off one encoding for another. Drat! My plan foiled! I'm as impotent as a virus written for Win 3.1.

As far as your "not art" comment goes, well, we can all have an opinion on what constitutes art. It's rather subjective. However, you certainly found this "art" interesting enough to comment, which unfortunately for you validates it's purpose -- that is, to cause you to think or to react in some way. Art can do that you know.
