Since that webpage doesn't give any information, and for those of us who don't speak Estonian, "kalakotkas" means osprey (literally, "the fish eagle"). So now you know what that bird is, besides just "cool."

The really big news in raptors around here is a pair of bald eagles tending a secluded nest on Shippingport Island (near the McAlpine Locks and Dam at the Falls of the Ohio)—a breeding pair that wildlife officials say is the first on record for Jefferson County. And there are ospreys there, too.
