Anyone else get "lost" while reading a Wikipedia page? This happens to me almost every single time.

Here's an example.

So all in all, I went from painter, to Dutch monarchs, to Barbary pirates.

It's about tab browsing and sites with tons of "related" links. Randall implies that each time he browses a wikipedia page, he opens some of the linked pages and so forth. He does this a few more times and always ends up with many more tabs about completely unrelated topics.
