Rave/Trance

Post by Clutch »

Well last night me and some people were talking about music and dance, and Noodz mentioned a dance that was popular called the shuffle. I thought it looked pretty sweet, so this morning I asked my friend to show me the two basic steps (The actual shuffle, and the Walking man) and now I just can't stop doing it :/

She's an amazing dancer, she was going hard to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGjk_6KuYdo

I never listened to this kind of music really before, but I find it really catchy and fun to shuffle to, so can anyone show me some songs like thatÉ.

Dont know whats up with my question mark, it makes E`s now

-edit-

More specifically, I guess I'm asking for songs that I can practice to (slower ones) and ones that you guys like

And after watching the video, looks like literally everyone is shufflin xD

-edit-

Showed the video to my friend who taught me some basics, she said it was good, but shuffling was made for "hardstyle"? the hell is that?

Are you going to learn the Macarena next? Yes, it is equally as cool.

OK, how about the Chicken Dance? I don't know about where you live, but around here no local festival is complete without it, especially Oktoberfest.

I consider myself proficient at the chicken dance as well :D

Never been to oktoberfest myself, but my grandpa has some interesting stories about when he went to munich for it. Doesn't sound like something a 16 year old could fully enjoy if ya catch my meaning

Yes?

From what I've heard, Oktoberfest is a bunch of people getting wasted, not something I could do legally.
