When weather gets nice here I usually stay very active.
Everyday: Bike to wherever I'm going within my town. Run a Mile in under 7-8mins
Mondays: Swim 40 laps in my pool, Lifting.
Tuesday: Swim 50 laps in my pool, Cardio, Stretching.
Wednesday: Strength training with weights
Thursday: Gym time, Do a variety of things, mainly socialize and general work out
Friday: Free day do whateva
Saturday: Run in the morning(6am) for an hour around town. later Strength training.
Sunday: Free day to do whateva
