Of course I don't think a picture of someone with a drink implies alcoholism, especially if it's a group picture. But a man, alone, bare chested, with only a bottle of beer like substance? Why would we want to see that?

Well it's only a shoulder and an arm, it's not like he's naked. You also have to realise people were raised different then others, grew up in dfferent areas.

Why is it cool to see something just like this but worse on a TV commercial and no one thinks twice? Half naked guys or girls on the beach drinking a bear for an advertisment?

The only thing I think is dumb about the picture is you don't see that much of a face. Usually when someone posts a picture of themselves it's so everyone can see what they look like. Why don't you actually show a picture of your face instead of a picture where you can't really see what you look like, actin cool drinkin a beer?

So I guess my argument is for both sides Aren't you proud of me?

I said no such thing. I said no insulting people's pictures.

But I've almost accepted the fact that you'd rather have people walking on eggshells around grumpy instead of giving him a warning for obvious reasons.. (or at least agreeing and enforcing that specific rule)

I saw a statistic that men looking away from the camera with a serious face as their profile pic had more ladies talk to them.
