Re: Armagetron Discord
I've recently discovered Discord for me and some of my friends, it rocks! If you are familiar with IRC, add voice channels to that and there you go basically. I'd definitely join a tron discord server when playing. It also works within a web browser without requiring a download by just giving someon...

Re: 0.4-armagetronad-work Rubber / Wall glitch
This definitely is nothing new. It's (probably, what I've always thought) part of the anti-lag measures. They're quite generous sometimes. Depends on the server settings and your connection though. That said, I'd still be doubtful of anything being shown to me on "swag's hacked armagetron clien...

Re: General Purpose Tournament Server
So right now I see 2 possibilities: 1. v0.4 server using referee and ready to start matches; the referee can be easily given access to /admin include. + Stuff works out of the box and just needs games to /admin include present in the server's config directory. - No CTF or sty functions, less scripta...

Re: Ladle 106
Now that we got 3 teams, we can do this multiple ways: a) take these 3 teams and fill in the double elimination brackets b) add a 4th open team and make brackets c) do something else than the standard procedure I'd go with a)/b) and make the brackets probably about an hour before it starts; there sh...

June 5th, 2016 I reset the teams and updated the results and meta stuff - brackets and authorities will follow when the teams are signed up. WTF will most likely be there. :-) P.S. if you're interested in some discussion: sinewav got some nice posts on the last ladle's thread - feel free to pick it...

Re: Yellow Sub Tourney! (#3)
This is the move which allows a player who wants to close another to "stab" despite cycle_rubber_mindistance_gap: |^ || || --- || | | | --- | | ------ | | | | |^| ||| ||| || ----- <- closer || | ------ <- follower | ------- <- any other wall The closer is allowed to go closer to the wall b...

It just occured to me that this might well be a client bug - after it happening to me right now my client also crashed to desktop right afterwards.

That cockpit kicks ass, nice one! And I might just have replaced the old rim texture I used with this one.

Re: Arma Textures: Trail Decal Poll
For me it usually doesn't matter too much with my extreme camera settings, but it's definitely a nice feature.
Here's what I use, some kind of banana shape. Looks pretty neat to me, maybe it gives some ideas. Not sure where I got it from, maybe made it myself even.
