I suggest you go to Prague. When I visited Prague there was an agency for arranging shared accomodations where we got a flat right beneath the castle for 3 days that was quite a bargain. Worth a try.

A co-worker of mine watches cajon video lessons on youtube on lunch breaks which makes for some rhythmic loosening up. You can buy a Cajon ready made or as an assembly kit.
