Yes, a very good point Goodygumdrops. As a CTF defender, I appreciate my team's ability to buy me enough time to set up, which usualy mean more defensive playing. As long as attackers don't come at me from both sides of the grind, I'm usually OK. It almost seems advantageous for the base-side grind ...

I want to make one for CTF, similar to these Fortress Moviepacks: http://forums.armagetronad.net/viewtopic.php?t=17975 http://forums.armagetronad.net/viewtopic.php?t=17994 However, I can't seem to find the positions/dimensions of the zones/spawn/are...

This folly of this thread is that the people who regularly screw up the grind are also not likely to seek out the knowledge on how to do it properly. So, your post falls on deaf ears. You're preachin' to the choir baby! For the record, yes, you should be a speed hungry jerk in CTF. Grind everything ...

...What is that sound? I loved it! Was it sampled from the movie? Haha, thanks. It's not from the movie. It's from a software synth in Reason. If you have Reason, I can send you the file. ...if we're ever going to get music, we're going to have to get a few of us to bang our heads together and just...

qwerty800, don't be too discouraged. Game music is a genre by itself and is difficult to write. A few years ago, I wrote a couple pieces of music to replace the soundtrack in glTron. I've attached an excerpt of one. Here are some things I considered when making the music... Melody lines can be catch...
