I suggest adding a "/roll" code where both team leaders would "roll" and a number from 1-100 pops up. THe higher number justifies the team leaders decision. SO if two teams are complaining over a server issue, one wants a US and one wants a EU, the /roll option would be used to s...

I love the bias hence why i would miss it but generally the scores somehow change value on its own. It helps a great deal but i can live without it.
