i think putting them in different places makes lots-o-sense.. u could throw all those low-poly cycles that are floating around these threads in there too. i plan on releasing mods someday, but i wanna pick apart the moviepak & see if i can tease more fps out of it first, etc.. prolly work on som...

i can import .ase & export for you as whatever you need.. the problem you describe sounds more like a problem with the .png you need an active alpha channel on the .png, & if you want the entire bike to be visible & look like the texture map, maybe make the alpha channel 100% white if yo...

heres the timmy! bike, u can install it to a moviepack install, by unzipping to root folder with foldernames intact..

if'n ye all make stuff in blender, & need someone with max to convert to .ase or something, anything,.. save as .3ds with texturing intact & i can convert stuff for people.. if'n anyone ever needs that sort of thing..

check out what i finished today!!
it has 284 polygons most of which have glowing edges the color of your trail!
if you want to install it, unzip bike.png & cycle.ase to a moviepack near you.

I tested zmodelor, it exports to two types of .mod nascar heat & viper racing neither type can be seen in tron ;_( mebbe its some other 3d format & just renamed .mod i tried renaming a few other types of object & model file extensions to no avail wish someone knew.. wheels that spin are ...

u couldnt see 1 poly from 2 sides prolly

need at least two polys to see it from any direction

2 polys kinda folded but not touching

with 4 you could draw more of a bike shape on it
with texture

2 should be plenty tho

yeh, its cool theres no color in peoples nicknames anymore.. that was kinda confusing when it screwed up stats..

i just miss the colored chat text, thats all..

i always told ppl they were lame for coloring thier nicknames.
