You can change the HUD/cockpit with a console command, for example: Theres a bunch more of different cockpits on the wiki: http://wiki.armagetronad.org/index.php/Cockpits_list

btw: if you used lack's exactly as is, you'd have even more dramatic decay. It just depends on the factor you use, it is actually exactly the same if you use a factor e^(-1/5) (so new score = this ladles rating + old score * e^(-1/5)). Are you planning on not having any paperwork at all? (including business cards etc?) something 160px big is gonna look bad even when printed on small sizes. When is the deadline?

-1 for uNk. performance was ok, but a tournament server that doesn't allow 0.3 clients is stupid I would suggest only rating the performance. Although I think the 0.4 issue should be addressed, it should not affect the server score. It will be a pain to keep track which votes need to be annulled wh...

That's easy enough, just do something like

new score = old score * factor + new votes

Where factor can be 0.5 or something so the votes of the previous ladle are worth half, the one before worth a quarter etc.
