Country flags

There should be more country flags available for selection. I prefer the EU flag (which you cannot select) over the german one not only because black-red-gold sucks, but also because I feal more European than German. Maybe some English prefer the English flag (red cross on white) over the british on...

My comments to the server: simply wonderful! :D As said before, speadup is easier since you can do LOTS of 180-turns on one wall. Also, you can still change directions when you would normally be dead because you ran into a wall. This drastically changes the gameplay (in my opinion). I personally pre...

I use SDL 1.2.8 as well; *tex->format is only almost the same here: (gdb) p *tex->format $1 = {palette = 0x87c9418, BitsPerPixel = 8 '\b', BytesPerPixel = 1 '\001', Rloss = 8 '\b', Gloss = 8 '\b', Bloss = 8 '\b', Aloss = 8 '\b', Rshift = 0 '\0', Gshift = 0 '\0', Bshift = 0 '\0', Ashift = 0 '\0', Rma...

Hey the problem is the GDB debug commands!!! 8) you told me to call 'u' three times. Well, seeing as were all totally confused I decided to browse the GDB help a bit and voilà I found out that you probably meant 'up', whereas 'u' is not the same as 'up', :snail: Wnough talking; here is the debug re...

Uh this is getting wierd... maybe the change has something to do with me recompiling with GCC 3.3 and then again with GCC 4.0 (this is 4.0) I did no backtrace before each print command since it'd have been useles... (i think lol) :wink: well anyway: $ gdb ./armagetronad GNU gdb 6.3-debian Copyright ...

I tried GCC 3.3, did not help, which would be because only the C++ ABI has changed and GLU is C. This doesn't look like it is what you wanted: $ gdb ./armagetronad GNU gdb 6.3-debian Copyright 2004 Free Software Foundation, Inc. GDB is free software, covered by the GNU General Public License, and yo...

I just found out that my default compiler was switched to GCC 4.0, but AFAIK most of Debian is still GCC 3.3. Could this be a problem ? :cat:

Well, I got the CVS version, built it, ran it, got this: changed ~/.armagetronad to /home/thomas/.armagetronad Trying to start sound. Just restart Armagetron Advanced in case of crash. Sound initialised: 16 bit stereo at 22050 Hz, buffer size 512 samples. Trying to start sound. Just restart Armagetr...

This is REALLY wierd...... The first: Can they really arrest a man for not drowning after saving a life ? :idea: Well, in Texas it's probably possible to find a violation of homan rights in that arrest... the second: That tank man is insanely cool; it reminds me of a mission in GTA San Andreas (wher...
