While on the subject, kyle, why aren't you in irc anymore? We *did* move over to OTFC because of freenode politics.
A fat lot of good that would do, what with you yourself being more offline than online
Glad to hear your life is getting into a good shape again!
2. Nur auf den als experimentell gek...
Finally got around to it; the website was also hosted on the old server and updating it there would have been a little more painful (automatic updates were broken, sshing in required special steps), so I waited the switch to a new host out.
It's about time to put that the old VPS it was running on to rest. Various reasons. I should have done this myself a year or two back, the bang for buck wasn't really there any more. Now the hosting company is pulling the plug, no longer willing to support that old and (probably for them no longer p...

You might have seen it already, but if not I put it up as an issue on the gitlab - https://gitlab.com/armagetronad/armagetronad/-/issues/126 I have seen that and intend to try it out! What I was talking about, and I should have made it clear, ...
If by "M" you mean Mac and not the M1/M2 processor family, then yes, I suppose so. This being an OS project, the well defined build processes for the M1/M2 processors in MacPorts (and Homebrew, I belive) gives them about the same status as versions packaged in Linux distributions, meaning ...
My capacity to record this time is limited. For starters, I'll be at the beach And the dinky little laptop can just about handle two clients. I'll do what I can without compromising RL fun, I may be able to pick up the final.
Don't worry, looks like we'll be fine. The girls were allowed out already, my turn is tomorrow. The neck is fine again. We'll see bits of the family on the weekend, still super cautiously. Funny thing, you obviously know many people lose some sense of smell, most temporarily... well. Apparently, oth...
sinewav: The thing about wearing a mask only half of the time, in the simple ballistic model of infection (infected shoot out infection bullets; if they hit while you're not wearing a mask, you get infected), in a situation where not wearing a mask at all gets you infected 99% of the time, wearing i...
Well, what do you know? You are maximally careful for two years and the second you let your guard down a little because you're happy to see the people you could not see all of that time, that bug catches you. (Of course, that's not true, we were less than maximally careful plenty of times before, it...
Yeah, unless you have a monitor that specifically has a higher refresh rate (most recent gaming monitors do) and is configured to use it, those 120 fps is not going to reach your eye. But if you do get drops below 60 fps in gamepley and don't mind the tearing, I recommend you leave the configuration...
