Re: War Sumo Tournament 14 (Brackets Up)
deflect deflect deflect  If Rits keeps the bracket change then the problem has already arisen, as this is setting a precedent for future teams who request a bracket change merely because they're unsatisfied with the way the randomizer worked. I definitely understand why you're unhappy with th...

Re: Ladle 77
Im a noob in that servers stuff but maybe according to that withelist ct/junior authority won't work in ladle? I would like to know it to tell my junior mates that they may use their @forums login Correct, ct/junior will not work. Actually, none of the ct users will be able to authenticate because ...

Re: Ladle 77
The authorities file should not use AUTHORITY_WHITELIST. This may restrict certain users from being able to authenticate. For example if I were to participate in the Ladle then I wouldn't be able to use my preferred GID. I don't see the benefit of restricting authentication to only certain authorit...

Re: Ladle Fortress 2014 (Discussion)
I don't really have time to read all the ideas for new fortress, but I think that we shouldnt change the settings, really, fortress is fortress, you can change the ladle system, but don't really kill our lovely fortress

Re: Ladle 73
(sorry to but in and go off topic abit I wanted to mention something.) Based on the recent performance of my server which I believe has been due to coincidental storms landing on the same days as tournaments. Might not be a good idea to take my server to finals. That's what the backups are for. Tot...

Re: Fortres-sumo tourney
So i would propse the map like beer mentioned, making spawns point to the fort zones from inside the sumo zone, see if with zonesv2 we can box the sumo zone out to made for differnt settings between the 2 zones on the map. That idea of making spawns point from inside the sumo zone would change it c...

Re: Fortres-sumo tourney
The map above would be excellent with teams of 8 so Fortress and Sumo can be done simultaneously. It the teams are small then it will be "let's sumo first, then attack" which is not as fun. I had doubts about how many players would be perfect for this. In my opinion 6-7 is the perfect num...

Re: Fortres-sumo tourney
I think you'd be better off getting a server together and seeing reactions before trying to put together a tournament. If you would like a server to test out your ideas, let me know and I can provide you with a temporary one. Well I would like to test it but I have no idea on putting settings in a ...

Fortres-sumo tourney
Hi guys, I have had an idea to have a tourney with sumo and fort mixed. I don't really know if someone has had this idea before and I don't even know if this is the correct place to share my idea with you but whatever. Well, the idea is based in inserting a sumo zone in the middle of a fort map (I d...
