Armagetron compiling in windows.

Hi all, I decided to attempt to compile armagetron in windows, but have encountered a problem, umm, very early on :D I am trying to follow the instructions of the Windows_Development_System page on the wiki but cannot find the armagetronad-winlibs mentioned. Where can i find them? Once again, sorry ...

Here is the recording.
Prime example of what i am talking about is with "fini" in round two.

The lag is basically delays in player(player which i am spectating) turns. For example i might see the player collide into a wall and then see them again having turned and traveled some distance. May i make a suggestion as to the changes: The main problem that we are talking about is that people are base camping, and not focusing on the flag. Flag problem can be fixed by increasing flag points and decreasing round win times but that leads to mass suicides etc... So how about we add a delayed...

I have another problem, really sorry... I have tried to load the ctf map, with two different resource repositories and i still cannot see the flag. The bases are present, however the flags are not there. Is the problem with the pig sty that i am using? And if possible, does anyone where i can downlo...
