Has the fortress server been updated? No, but it should not matter; the blank screen bug is purely client side. I haven't read a lot of the map related stuff in detail so I might've missed this, but are there plans to add texture definitions to the wall segments so that you can specify different textures for different walls? :D

Has the fortress server been updated? I just compiled the windows exe, copied it into my beta3 install, and when I connected to the fortress server i was watching the end of the match just fine, but when the new match started I got the blank screen with some console messages.

here, AFAIK std::find is defined there. I was wondering why it was not required. It may be some days before I fire up Windows, so I'd be happy if you give it a try.

LOL. Lucas originally shot a scene in Star Wars between Han and Jabba the Hut. They used an actor for Jabba and were going to replace the actor later on via special effects (if I remember correctly).
