I do think that Hitl3r should be punished for editing a team that wasn't his, yet I'm not sure his team would even have enough people to qualify for playing.

Swag's process:
1. Turn on Hotspot Shield to get a new IP!
2. Troll
3. Get banned
4. Turn off Hotspot Shield, then turn it back on for a new IP!
Repeat
