Re: Vogue Ban Discussion
How big is playerpool from all the players that played in last 3 ladles? 50? I don't think it even hits that number. You collect votes for a week and then go with the majority on no/yes questions. If anyone thinks it's so much effort then they probably shouldn't handle collecting votes. Because it'...

Re: Vogue Ban Discussion
SINCE you brought me up. Let's talk shall we. Firstly, your judicial system setup here is shit you don't EVEN have an appeal process so let's calm down you have holes everywhere. Secondly, what if I share my screen with Liz how are you gonna prevent that. Thirdly, is this a threat? Why don't you ju...

Re: Vogue Ban Discussion
So, let me get this straight. You're saying the community can only ban you in accordance with the rules, but when you want to appeal your ban you can do so based on... nothing?
I don't think this is how it works

Re: Vogue Ban Discussion
I think that the likelihood of a re-vote even happening will depend on what happens in the interim. I think it depends on something else entirely. The length and fairness of this ban can be discussed all you want, but fact is that the ladle rules don't allow for offenders to appeal their ban, nor d...

Re: Vogue Ban Discussion
Sinewav brings up a valid point...if the process in which she was banned was based on a procedural justice system. I was a team leader in ladle 84, but was never given the chance to vote. I never received a PM as the other team leaders did. As I look through the Ladle 84 challenge board http://wiki...

Re: Vogue Ban Discussion
lol, above two beat me to it.
The 'what if it were anyone else' argument makes no sense as there are few to no people who would do something like this.

Re: Vogue Ban Discussion
@wap - Vogue rather meant about the community flipout and certain posts that were made. Not necessarily the final ruling. And before someone bashes me for posting again - I still play this game so I feel like I have right to voice my opinion. Don't get me wrong, where is rule breaking there has to ...

One-month ladle ban = extremely excessive?Vogue wrote:If you want to pretend the community responded reasonably after finding out I was Vein, go ahead, but it was extremely excessive and nobody's talking about that.

Re: Vogue Ban Discussion
cliffs: pre-ban: I can do what I want, they won't ban me from ladle. Operation infiltrate ladle lol. Oh btw I don't care about ladle or tron. post-ban: Shit, they really banned me for a year. Hmm I actually do want to play again. Hi guys, let's discuss reducing my ban (not that I'm sorry, after all ...

Re: BitCoins!
Why sad, WAP? Lol did I summon you to these forums by reviving this thread? It's sad that no one seems to have profited of this while the information was right in front of our eyes. Always easy to say in retrospect though. But I mainly bumped this because it's funny to see this was talked about in ...

Re: Sumo Bar Tournament 8 - Servers Needed!
Correct times can be found on the first page of this thread.
Brackets are also up, thanks to Theo and Over.
The servers will be allocated soon, and if not, I'll do them tomorrow.
Hope I can be there tomorrow.

Re: Sumo Bar Tournament 8 - Servers Needed!
Can we clarify starting time? 2pm EDT sounds like the fair time to me (basing this off of wap's times), and in the future we should try to have all tournaments start at what normal ladle time would be. Consistency would be our best friend in that regards. What's unclear about it? I've changed the s...

Re: Sumo Bar Tournament 8 - Servers Needed!
Cool, then we have seven servers on paper, which should be enough. Hopefully the CT servers will be added too, to make it all a little easier, but it should be doable now.
