I was wondering if anyone could update the command list on wiki because i think it still have the 2.8.2.1 commands. Just a suggestion. Or have like 2 seperate list one for 2.8.3.1 servers and another for 2.8.2.1 servers.

Well i figured what was wrong. It was my router the whole time. IF you use a netgear router and you run windows you have to go to Control panel/Admin tools/service/Wireless Zero Config and press stop. This will fix the hiccup lag
