An interesting idea.

This is probably retardly hard to implement, but damn it would be cool. How about any time the grid gets ripped/someone gets outside, the grid merely expands to put them back inside and redoes the walls. Might cause a bit of lag till it stops moving, but it would be awesome, not to mention the movin...

ON double binds

I never used to use double binds, but after learning thier use i find they increase my gameplay immensly. Im not the kind of guy who will use double binds to 180 someone, i use double binds to increase my manueverability. I more than likely could not tunnel to near the degree i do without double bin...

lag and fps.

Ive noticed the same on linux also, although linux generally gets higher framerates than windows, lag greatly effects my fps, i get anywhere from 400 to 600 on local games, and between 150-350 on net games, depending on the amount of lag. Also of note, if someone feels like finding the bottleneck in...

Strange, I figured since someone took the time to compile an OSX binary they would of hit up the dedicated binary at the same time.

Running on linux without root.

Hi, first off the easiest way to do it is to follow tanks directions, download the source, extract it using tar -xvzf nameoffilegoeshere, then go into the directory it creates and type ./configure --disable-glout, then once that finished out type make. After you have completed these steps you should...

boot with linux

Another possible task if you feel up to it would e to modify eggdrops autobotchk scrip to work for armagetron. then it would be in the cron and if it crashes would automatically restart. Another thing to note is if your hostname is nonresolvable both the normal and dedicated servers will segfault. I...
