Also, you should know that you will get poorer performance under Vista than you could under XP. ArmategronAd uses OpenGL to do the 3D drawing, and in Vista there is not OpenGL implementation, rather a mapping toward DirectX (if I recall correctly).

So I guess that means now you'll be able to outsource projects to Indians without needing to leave continental US!

Moving sumo should be quite easy, but wont it advantage the players sitting closer to the "front" of the zone?

Every time you make popcorn, there are always those fluffy, white, happy popped pieces that are fun to eat and look at and everybody likes them. But there are also always those burnt, hard kernels at the bottom that don't pop. You know why they don't pop? They don't pop because they have integrity....

Are these the same elements as zonesv2? zonesv2 has one part in the parser and the map format, but that is already (mostly) fixed. There wouldn't be any work for that. I'll try to finish what I have started. I'm talking about about future development. Al the things I though of doing, that where dis...

I got to thinking today about the zones themselves how they seem to get in the way while playing. Is there currently a way to set zone height or transparency in the map_file? example: <Zone effect="fortress"> <ShapeCircle radius="400" height="10 " growth="-0.4&quo...

Looking for new responsible for the map format and parsing

Wow thats deep. What cost are we talking about to add ctf, some command mods and zones v2 to 0.2.8.2? I'd put zone v2 in the 5 to 20 man days work effort. It is only a wet-finger-in-the-wind approximation from someone who hasn't manage to get his nose in the code in a long time. Someone new might n...
