Re: ArmaNelgTron Server Browser

So now the browser should be truly working. Guru3's server was not the only server on the browser list, contrary to the browser's belief for the past few days. I'm still considering switching to light's server feed as the source, since his implementation seems to work much better than mine. I've als...

Re: ArmaNelgTron Server Browser

My server machine froze today and I'm not even sure why. If it happens again, I'll have to do some investigation. (I'm already aware of one bad capacitor on the motherboard) $ uprecords # Uptime | System Boot up ----------------------------+--------------------------------------------------- 1 66 da...

Re: Operating systems and other software discussion

But, if you're just going to run free software, there's no compelling reason to even be interested in ReactOS. I think you need to be careful of the word "free." A large number of open source projects are shit compared to some free, closed source ones. For example, Linux does not have a good audio ...

Re: Operating systems and other software discussion

The next OS I want to try is Fuchsia . Lets just say, it'll be the OS that take over everything, mobile, desktop, server, or it'll just go bust. Still a bit too early to really try it, unless you have a chromebook. https://9to5google.com/2018/01/18/google0fuchsia-os-progress-pixelbook-browser/ If t...

Re: Operating systems and other software discussion

I've played with ReactOS in the past...it was quite buggy in virtualbox (for me on my AMD system); havent extensively tried it in qemu, and it hasn't been able to install onto bare metal at all. I'm also not entirely sure that it provides any advantage to WINE at this time. Maybe some may like a Win...

Re: Gomor ENTERPIRZE

coni is officially the second coming of Durf!

instantly regret that, durfs content was more useful then a wall of periodless text...as in, you could read and process the information without exploding internally, turning a few grey hairs, punching the CRT, electrocuting your cat...yikes

Hopefully the server list is working now. Feel free to reply to this thread if you have any issues!
Alternatively, just go on over to lightron's server list! It seems to work properly all the time, anyway!

Extreme World Auto Accel Racing

I don't think I've created a thread on its own about this server, so here we go: Extreme World Auto Accel Racing is back up, after much downtime! This is an all-new script, so don't expect everything to work perfectly. I am currently working on some bugs and integration with the racing website ( htt...

Re: I finally did it

I'm currently busy trying to make an offline virtual assistant with the help of a wake word engine, but the compute power required to recognise words on the fly is substantial, especially if you want reliability and high dictionary range. I'm hoping one day I'll have my very own Jarvis You can prob...

Re: Let's Teach That Troll A Lesson.

This one is a bit of a collage-style; however this troll provided quite a bit of amusement, so lots of screenshots were taken.
(some might say I trolled the troll)
