I don´t think that anyone will build you such a complex map. The only way to create all this randomly chanching things is a script, for example in PHP. hm...a letter is a easy picture of informations given from the computer, isn`t it? So, normally it shouldn´t be very difficult to include japanese or chinese or sth like that.
