Okay, I accept the points you have made, I just worry that players will fob off the tougher competition to play in the more relaxed atmosphere if they're being asked to play 4 games a month by taking part in the Ladle, TPL and FPL.

The TPL is for all teams though! You seem to suggest that teams that deem themselves "lower tier" shouldn't take part in ladle/TPL.

The TPL was designed without seeding to encourage activity from all. The lack of seeding allows any team the potential to get far/win. I'll PM you guys this week for the server names, I don't know enough technically, but I assume they won't need too much work doing, as we've jut had ladle and the setting will be the same, just the name needs changing.

It would only count as a roster change to the clan that receives the departing player. The clan losing a player has a free player addition.
