well, im sure that i have no one installed on my pc, and w2000 doesnt uses a system deafult firewall, so... i dont really know if i've opened the ports, but if they arent opened, i dont know how to do that

I dont have a router, and (i dont know if this is the problem) when i put VIEWPORT_CONF it appears a number 0

well, i've done everything that you said, but i still cant put on line my server, my friends see my ip but with an unreachable, and for a reason my server doesnt replyes, i have windows 2000 workstation, and i dont have firewall so... if anybody can help me to put up my server, thanks
