If I increase rubber it won't help because its normally stuck at 0 or 4-5 etc. Not at 29-30. speedit will be hard to play at high speed

On afro hr its very good at 30 and no they are stuck at any number 0.1 or anything

ë problem in user.cfg
I'm trying to put ë before my name ëF|T!nk and when I do it in notepad it says that it has charecters which cannot be saved in ANSI and need to be saved in unicode and when i save it in Unicode the user.cfg file looses all it has and the name configuration etc. i dont know what is happening

I dont want to i want all logins to be accepted and nobody can see my server but i did port forwarding i have windows 7 and i did it on router and on my computer i dont know wats happening what can i do?
