I like the idea of having more people from different teams, and the 'locker room' behind the scenes aspect. I'd just want to try to limit just how many people you have in there talking though, or only let certain people in at times to chat rather than all at once. Eliminating the silence can be good...

Are you all planning on commentating the ladle too? Yes, and all future ones when possible. At least Vogue and I are on board to help deliver this service. You guys are great for doing all this.
