Never worked on a Ford , but if I had to guess I would say the misfire was/is fuel mixture related which would fit with a vacuum leak as much as EGR code would.

I have hearing aids in both ears, but even then I heard none of them. It was fun hearing my kids beg me to stop trying. They thought I had gotten out the old ThinkGeek Annoy-a-tron 2.0.
