will 0.4 server work well for 0.2.8 clients? Because the majority of ctf community uses 0.2.8

For some reason, "Proton's server" did not have authorities set correct and max_clients was stuck to 10.
reporting to admin not to change brawl settings and to use correct settings, or do not name it as Brawl's
