Re: Looking for the OLD GUYS!

Yea, fortress and sumo were brought out when I was around. They are alright, but I still like classic play the most.

Misery! Now I remember that name well. Good to see ya.

Good to see some friendly faces! I look forward to knocking the rust off and seeing if I can still hang with the big dogs on the grid.

Re: Steam Greenlight

The good old days, when there was a line to get into some of the more popular servers. AA on steam would probably add a pretty big influx of new players, for better or worse (not sure since its been a few years since I have been here.)

Off to catch up on what I have missed.

Looking for the OLD GUYS!

Well this is a blast from the past! I was going through my backup drives and found an archive titled "ARMA STUFF" so I decided to drop by and see whats been going on since I took a REALLY long break. How many of the old crew still linger around this place? AND Would it be worth it for me to try to r...

Re: Seekers Testing - Breakfast in Hell

Had to pull my server down (actually, it did it on its own....) for hardware issues. I will get it back up when I can get things fixed back up so we can mess with some more settings.

Till then, See ya on the grid!

Re: Seekers Testing - Breakfast in Hell

I think its time to add a section in the server area for custom independent servers. I also realized that I left off the .cfg extension in the include line  which was causing a BUNCH of problems. The server is back up, with remote authentication enabled (and kinda secured - feel free to authen...

Re: Lots of new faces

sorry...I have been following my rant post and neglected this one. I prefer the old school servers.... I just put up a psudo-clone of the old Breakfast in Hell server from the old config files I had from a while ago (thanks Lucifer) and I will be attempting to dig up some of the other old servers to...

Seekers Testing - Breakfast in Hell

I have put up a Breakfast in Hell approximation, I think it still needs a little work, but most of the settings are per the old breakfast settings I have (not just the settings included with the game now)

Let me know how it plays.....

Re: Cloning the classics - attempting to bring back the userbase

Tank: I will grab those config files, and see what I can build out of them when I get my virtual servers in line on my machine this week - names will start with Seeker Testing, followed by the old server name in the master browser as I get them up and running. JIP: Off topic as it may be, that is st...

Re: Cloning the classics - attempting to bring back the userbase

The classic game mode will never return to it's sole dominance of all tronners' grid interests, but it will recover from the lack of respect it has suffered during recent armagetron history. Thats what I want. I want the choice to be there, and I want those choices to be as good as.....or better th...
